Production Technician – Sterile Compounding | Oxford £27,000 + £22.01 weekly shift allowance | Permanent | Monday–Friday, no weekends What you make in the morning could be with a patient by the afternoon. Our Oxford team makes specialist nutrition that hospital patients rely on. Never worked in pharma? No problem. We'll train you. WHAT YOU'LL DO Prepare ingredients and materials for sterile compounding Make products by following approved steps, exactly Inspect, label and pack finished products for dispatch Keep stock, equipment and records in great shape THE HONEST BIT You'll spend most of your day in cleanrooms, fully gowned from head to toe. Some tasks repeat, and that's on purpose: getting the same step right every time is what keeps patients safe. YOUR HOURS Monday to Friday on 7am–3pm or 10am–6pm, with the odd 1pm–9pm. Your weekends stay yours.
