In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products, services, and operational processes consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, manage quality risks, and promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer requirementsDefine and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance indicatorsLead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actionsIdentify quality risks and implement appropriate mitigation measuresInvestigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities and ensure effective root-cause analysisDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and operationsWork closely with all other departmentsProvide guidance, training, and support to employees on quality-related topicsPrepare quality reports and present relevant findings and improvement measures to managementEnsure that quality documentation and records are maintained accurately and effectivelyQualifikationYour QualificationsFreelancers must meet the requirements for working on a freelance basis and include their proposed monthly rate in their application.Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a comparable positionStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and relevant quality standardsExperience with audits, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across departmentsStructured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to workStrong organizational and project management skillsVery good command of English; German language skills are an advantageExperience with relevant standards is a plusBenefitsA responsible and varied position with a high level of autonomyThe opportunity to actively shape and further develop our quality organizationA collaborative and international working environmentIf you are motivated and excited about taking on this responsible role and becoming part of our success story, we encourage you to apply today!Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
