Recruiting Coordinator (6-Month Project)

Coordinates virtual interviews across time zones and serves as a candidate scheduling contact. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers, maintains accurate Greenhouse records, prepares interview materials, supports offer-letter and pre-onboarding coordination, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, problem-solving, and comfort working independently in a remote environment. Six-month project.
