Your role:Accounts Receivable Management Manage day-to-day AR operations Apply incoming customer payments to the correct invoices and accounts (cash application) Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances to collect outstanding payments Reconcile customer accounts and investigate/resolve billing or payment discrepancies Process credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections as needed Prepare and maintain AR aging reports and account status summaries for management Manage AR for ecommerce and marketplace sales channels Customer Communication & Order Processing Reach out to customers daily via email regarding ready-to-ship orders and invoices Generate pro forma invoices based on allocated orders, using reports provided Generate invoices via Authorize.net and send payment links to customers Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams on disputed charges or order-related AR issues Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Receivable Process ImprovementIdentify process improvements to strengthen AR workflows and reduce collection cycle timeQualificationEducation Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field preferred CPA license is a plus but not required for this role Skills & Capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with AR/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) a plus Experience with payment gateways (e.g., Authorize.net) is a plus Comfortable working with order/billing data and resolving order-related AR discrepancies Experience with ecommerce and marketplace order and AR workflows is a plus Excellent written and verbal English communication skills –About MicroSourcingWith over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.Our commitment to 100% YOUMicroSourcing firmly believes that our company's strength lies in our people's diversity and talent.
