You are going to play a key role in shaping user experiences across Zenjob’s platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working hands-on across discovery, ideation, and execution, owning complex problem spaces end-to-end while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data partners.This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex workflows, and is excited about leveraging AI-enabled tools to move faster, prototype smarter, and continuously improve the quality of design outcomes.You’ll contribute to the product strategy through design, help evolve our design system, and act as a strong craft and quality role model within the team.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end design for complex product areas, from problem discovery to high-quality execution, with clear accountability for contributing to product goals and KPIs and owning the impact of design decisionsDesign and prototype with a focus on responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across all devicesConduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points, especially in enterprise contexts, and utilize these insights to inform product decisions and build great productsBe a trusted partner to product managers, engineers and stakeholders to shape solutions early and iterate fastAdvocate for user-centric thinking and design excellence throughout the product lifecycleWhat you’ll bring6+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital productsA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and measurable business impactCuriosity and openness toward AI-assisted design tools and new ways of workingProven experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams with Product and EngineeringStrong UX fundamentals, with a sharp eye for interaction, visual design, and usabilityAbility to turn complex, real-world workflows into simple and intuitive experiencesConfidence working in ambiguous problem spaces and making informed trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsA hands-on mindset with high ownership and accountability for outcomesClear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions with confidenceFluency or professional proficiency in German is a huge plusWhat we offerInnovative mission: Together we create something new.
