QualificationsMust-Have Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a STEM field (or currently pursuing one). 1+ year of relevant experience (academic, research, internships, or industry). Strong foundation in physics, chemistry, mathematics, or biology. Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs.
