Our product, The Atom, is used on major projects worldwide to help construction teams build more accurately, efficiently and with fewer mistakes.As a Series B business scaling across the UK, US and Europe, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the business teams behind our next stage of growth, from HR, Finance and Legal to Marketing, Commercial and leadership roles.THE ROLEYou'll own hiring across a broad range of business functions globally, partnering with leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Commercial, and supporting leadership hires as we grow. You'll work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology as part of a small, high-impact TA team, reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition.This isn't a role focused on processing applications. You'll proactively find and engage the strongest people in the market, many of whom aren't actively looking, and advise hiring managers on what great looks like, where to find it and how to secure it.No two weeks will look the same. One week you might be mapping the market for a senior Finance hire, the next closing a Marketing role in Europe or helping a leader shape a brand-new team.The role is based in our London office, a 5-minute walk from Angel station, on a hybrid basis.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGOwn end-to-end hiring for business roles globally (brief → offer → close), up to and including leadership positionsPartner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring plans, shape role profiles and challenge requirements where neededLead with direct sourcing, headhunting passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals and creative approachesRun discreet, high-touch searches for senior and leadership hiresManage hiring across multiple countries, navigating local markets, compensation and employment considerationsLead offer negotiation and closing, advising on competitive packagesCoach hiring managers and interviewers on structured, inclusive assessmentDeliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offerUse data to improve hiring performance and processes, and reduce reliance on agenciesProvide market insight on salaries, talent trends and hiring strategyWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years' recruitment experience hiring across a broad range of business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and CommercialExperience hiring senior and leadership rolesA strong direct sourcing track record. You go out and find great people rather than waiting for them to applyExperience recruiting internationally across multiple countriesStrong stakeholder skills. You can challenge, influence and partner effectively with senior leadersComfortable managing a varied requisition load in a fast-paced, evolving environment, building process as you goFamiliarity with tools like Ashby ATS and LinkedIn RecruiterStartup or scale-up experience, ideally at Series B or a similar stage, would be particularly valuable, as would in-house experience within a technology business or exposure to construction or construction technology.Above all, we're looking for a recruiter who is proactive, commercially curious and energised by variety.
