Validate end-to-end integration flows and troubleshoot data payload, mapping, and latency issues across connected platforms. AI Tool Adoption & Process Automation Champion the practical adoption of enterprise AI and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, enterprise LLMs, advanced Excel Power Query) to accelerate delivery. Leverage AI tools to optimize requirements drafting, test case generation, meeting synthesis, and large-scale data reconciliation. Identify and support automation opportunities (RPA, workflow automation) to streamline manual operational touchpoints. SDLC Delivery & Stakeholder Communication Manage projects across the full SDLC lifecycle within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery models. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track sprint burndowns, manage backlogs, and resolve delivery blockers. Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and steerco updates using structured business storytelling techniques. What we’ll need from you Analytical & Logical Thinking: Strong capability in problem decomposition, data-driven analysis, and critical reasoning. Testing & QA Experience: Proven track record leading UAT cycles, designing complex test scenarios, managing defect triage, and executing parallel run reconciliations.
